Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Products received damaged during shipping
• Products with manufacturing defects
• Wrong product delivered
• Missing items from the order

Not Eligible for Return:

• Customized/personalized products (unless defective)
• Products damaged due to customer mishandling
• Products used or altered after delivery
• Return request made after 7 days of delivery

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@jhilmilart.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged/defective product.
2. Verification: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
3. Pickup Arrangement: If approved, we'll arrange for a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
4. Refund/Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Refund processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item

Customized Products

For customized products, we send an artwork preview for your approval before production begins. Once you approve the artwork, we cannot accept returns unless the final product has manufacturing defects.

Important: Please review the artwork preview carefully and request any changes before approval. We're happy to make revisions until you're completely satisfied.

Cancellation Policy

• Standard Products: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing for a full refund
• Customized Products: Orders can be cancelled before artwork approval. Once artwork is approved and production begins, cancellation is not possible.
